They were very professional and easy to work with. They took the time to explain all of our options especially regarding energy efficiency. The installation of the furnace and AC went very well. The workmen were polite and considerate.We are very happy with the new unit.

The builder provided 2nd floor HVAC was poorly designed and installed. Aggressive redesign everything. Now the 2nd floor is comfortable even on 90+ days. The crew was professional, friendly and always on time. Workmanship was 1st class. The house was cleaner when they left! Lennox requires that you register the equipment on line in order to activate the extended warranty. I tend to forget to do that. No problem...Aggressive registered it for me and mailed me the Lennox acknowledgement...that's customer service! When the time comes to replace the 1st floor main system, Aggressive Mechanical will be my first call. Ed K

We had a mini-ductless unit installed and are very happy with it. The guys showed up on time, were very professional and did a very clean and neat job. The system itself is wonderful - cools the room down very quickly. I highly recommend this company!

We had an upstairs remodel requiring complete Heating, AC, including all ductwork. From beginning to end, Aggressive was professional and knowledgable. No matter who I spoke to, Frank, John, Jess, Michele and the guys who did the installation where more than willing to answer my questions. They did an amazing job from beginning to end. I have had a service contract with Aggressive for many years and will keep that contract for many years to come. I had my furnace stop working on what had to be the coldest day of the year, I called and they came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Given the age of the furnace, it was no surprise that I needed a new one. Two days later, I had a new one installed. Every person that you deal with at this company is professional and courteous. This means quite a lot whether you are just calling for a tune up or panicking because you have no heat in the middle of winter. A big thank you to all!!

I had Aggressive manage my home heating and air problems for many years and so I asked them to convert my office in Long Branch, from oil to gas. They handled the project in a first class manner. They anticipated every issue and installed the equipment in two days. They exceeded my expectations, did a meticulous clean up and were so professional. Every person I dealt with was accurate and timely. They made a difficult transition very smooth and at a reasonable cost.

Aggressive Mechanical Contractors are totally professional every step of the way. We needed a new hot water heater and a new boiler. John Hein came to our house and looked over the job and emailed us a proposal which we liked. The two men (sorry I can't recall their names) who did the job were on time, very neat and cleaned up completely when they were done. Everyone at Aggressive, including Jessy and Michelle in the office, were a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to refer Aggressive to anyone.

Recently a lightning strike took out our 2 outdoor condensing units. I called Aggressive, who originally installed the units about 12 years ago. I was told they weren't sure they could get someone to check the units the day I called but would let me know. They indicated someone would be there definitely the next day. About 1/2 hr. later I got a call and the technician said he would be at my house in 10 minutes. He came. Diagnosed the problem and said a crew would be able to replace the two bad units the next day. They did. The installation went well. They also found the two thermostats controlling the air conditioning were damged and needed replacement. I was extremely pleased with the work, and the speed at which they were able to replace the units... It was just in time for a houseful of company! Could not be more please with the service and friendliness of ALL of the Aggressive staff!

Aggressive installed 3 units, replacing 3 units that were 15 years old. Very professional from start to finish. Contractors arrived on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed each step of the way, finished on a timely basis.

Needed a furnace replaced. Called Aggressive Mechanical and they sent someone the same day to give us a quote. We reviewed it, called the next day to give them the order. They were here 3 or 4 days later and in 6 hours removed the old furnace and replaced it with the new one. The mechanics were totally unobtrusive, the work was quiet and completed without ant problems. City inspected and all was cleared. Would call them again for any plumbing or air-conditioning needs.

Aggressive has been providing our H & AC needs for many years and they are just great- the best. Always there when you need them.

Used Aggressive for years for HVAC, always responsive, courteous and efficient. Recently used them to replace two water heaters. Service technicians were experienced and friendly. Completed the job quickly and very neatly. Left the work area spotless and new water heaters work great.

After looking over six (6) local contractors in the area I chose Aggressive Mechanical over both higher and lower bids because of 1) superior equipment offered, 2) understood my needs, 3) understood local township requirements for permits, etc, and 4) very good referenced. Installation was on the day contracted - it took two (2) days in total and indicated on the bid; all of the work was done RIGHT the first time, neatly and efficiently plus I threw in a curve ball having my hallway painted the same time as the furnace install so it was a fight for space and this was not a problem for the Aggressive workers - thanks guys for understanding my need to take time off and maximize the two days. The furnace and AC units work better than expected and passed inspections without issue, in fact the township inspectors commented on the positive quality of the install and liked working with Aggressive. Overall, I am very pleased and will ask them back to do the other furnace and AC unit

Professional & customer focused from quote to install. Excellent work on the installation of a new furnace at my mothers house (very fair price) Definitely include Aggressive in the purchase process. I will use when I need repair or replacement at my own house.
