Don't patronize this Hair Cuttery. The cuts aren't that great and the stylists are just rude. Went in tonight (they are OPEN until 7:00) - I had an appointment for 6:30, my mother was a walk-in. We got there at 6:20. First thing they did when we walked in was yell "we close at 7:00 and aren't taking any more walk-ins". At 6:20 mind you, and there were only 2 guys waiting to be cut - 3 stylists. They were fine when I announced I had an appointment, but, would still not register my mother. When I said "come on, she just needs a trim", one stylist stated she's been there since 9:00 (boo-hoo) and didn't care if it was just a trim, she wasn't going to get it done. At that point, I stood up, said a few choice words and left. Very bad customer service - I will never go there again - they just lost 3 2-year customers.

I went in today 6/18/14, was so excited about my hair I had to write this review asap. I got EXACTLY what I asked for. Absolutely one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. Perfect color as well!! Ask for Sarah Strohbeck, she is getting married soon so her last name is going to change. She has 15yrs of experience and is a salon leader. Very friendly!

Went to Hair Cuttery for a last minute hair cut before flying out of town at 5:00 am the next morning. I told the stylist how i liked my hair and how I wore it. After the cut and style, I LOVED MY HAIR. She even did a better job than my normal stylist. When I went to my out of town meeting I had several people tell me how great and cute my hair was. I told all of them where and who cut my hair. I have now told everybody where I go. Thank you Robin at Hair Cuttery on Atlantic Blvd. Neptune Beach!!!!!!!!!! Lorrie
