Got locked out of my house in Wisconsin Rapids after business hours (very, very frustrating) and it only took 2 phone calls until I got an answer from Bill. Bill was out of town but didn't hesitate to give me a reasonable price and time of arrival. Only had to wait 30 minutes (or less, it was quick either way) for him to arrive. It took Bill less than 3 minutes to unlock my door and let me in. Extremely flexible company with great service. They've been in business 26 years and I will be only be calling them in the future if this ever happens again.

Lost my key for my 2013 Dodge Caravan. Called Mobile Lock and Security. Within an hour they were at my house and in less than 20 minutes my van was running. Outstanding! Johnson and Son's in Wisconsin Rapids wanted over $200 for the key and would have had to tow vehicle the to their garage. Needless to say Mobile Lock and Security blew them away.

When I moved, I lost several keys. Two of the keys were to remove the Yamaha windshiield from my Yamaha Stryker motorcycle. A trip to my dealer accomplished nothing. I visited Mobile Lock and Security in Nekoosa and in 25 minutes, they picked the lock, removed it from the windshield, made 2 keys for it, plus made a duplicate key for the ignition. 25 minutes from start to finish and very reasonable cost as well.

My husband and I visited Rome Wi, we misplaced our keys to our RV, We called Mobile Lock and security. Bill from Mobile lock came to our rescue, he made us keys to our RV and storage ,after hours on the weekend. great service very professional I would give him a higher score if we could thank you so much

Earlier this week I happened to call my brother in Wisconsin Rapids as he was trying to let himself back into his apartment (he had accidentally left his keys inside). It was later in the evening and trying to help him out (even though I was in North Dakota)...I searched a local locksmith online and found a few listings. The first business I tried wouldn't drive the 15 minutes that late because they don't "service" that far out of town. I was very disappointed, but glad to find Bill at Mobile Lock, my second call. He was very amiable, courteous and professional on the phone and glad to help. After taking my call, he was there and had my little brother back in the door in less than 20 minutes!



I greatly appreciate this gentleman's attitude and would absolutely call Mobile Lock again! Thank you Bill for being so willing to work after hours and also for your friendly tone, reliability and reasonable rates! If I could rate this service higher, I would have given it 10 stars and I know my brother would as well. Keep up the good work. :-)

I lost my keys for my car ,I called this locksmith ,he arrived in sort time ,made a set of keys for my car ,he was very polite and kind person,and very professional.I would recomend him to everyone ,thank you for the great service
