I have been waiting over two weeks for the results of an mri. The other three doctors I've seen for this issue have personally called me the same day with other mri results. When I call I have to go through 2 layers of rude operators to get to Robin or Renee or something only to be told in more ride terms that she doesn't know anything.

There is not even a receptionist to greet you when you get to your appointment just a cold sign telling you to sign in, fill out your paperwork and wait until the nurse calls you. The office was not professional at all. I made up my mind today that I'm going another route and I had my mri stuff faxed to another doctor and I made an appointment with them.
