Amazing company to work for and/or to have your family member reside. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff and management - and this is from being on both sides (having a family member live there and ended up working there myself) excellent training that IS required by the state after further investigation. Not a good company to work for will use you an turn back on you when you need help will charge you for classes that u probably do nt even need are not very nice to residents an staff talks about residents an each other beware
