This place is a joke!!! Not only does alten haus owners not care about their residents they are horrible to employees. I would never put my family members here. All they care about is money.

This facility is wonderful the staff is very caring, they alway's are going out of their way to make the resident's feel special and at home and like they are all one big family. The meals are amazing, very interesting and well balanced. They incorperate family in many different activities for the loved ones. The staff is alway's ready to step up and help each other out. they key on the resident's special likes and interest and use this to help them feel special and welcomed. The facility is very clean and well organized, and the staff has a genuine love for what they do and their resident's. I would definately tell anyone who is looking to make that very very hard choice of where to place your loved one to consider Alten Haus!

The owners ONLY care about the money. Not the residents. They may appear friendly, but don't be fooled.



The quality of the food is poor. There are even times where there isn't enough food to go around. The residents deserve better than that!



State has been there numerous of times already due to many complaints. There will be many more complaints to come.
