After over 2 months of waiting with little to no communication from the company, they finally finished a simple staking. It cost me the very upper limit of their estimate amount and considering the time it took, I would call that a rip off. They offered no appologies or compensation. Simply condecended us when we inquired about the added line items on the final bill. Probably cost me the sale of my property. Avoid.

I look around for pricing and they were in the price range and in the area. Hesitant to use because of previous reviews, but very happy with the experience. They helped to walk us through the survey process.
