My dogs have been coming to A Furry Tail for the past 6 years for both daycare and boarding. First Hellertown and now Nazareth because we moved and Nazareth is now closer. I am here to say that both facilities are fantastic. Most of the staff have been the same over the years, but even the newer staff are everything you want customer service to be. They are great with my dogs and great with me, a mom who is sometimes a bit of a worrier.
My dogs cry about a mile up the street and drag me in the door each and every time.
The place is always visibly clean and doesn't ever smell like you would expect for as many dogs as they take care of daily.
The staff gives me updates when I pick up and one time my bigger guy pulled a muscle while we were on vacation they took him to the Vet and called me right away to let me know what was going on. He was fine after a few days rest.
They exceed my expectations in every way. Thank you A Furry Tail for giving us such a great place to bring our furbabies!

Was aweful no clue what they are doing rude and not clean at all I was very disappointed and I am definitely not coming again

This is the owner of A Furry Tail and I am sad to see that the three of you, within a month all had very similar experiences at my facility.
My staff is always the first to call me with an unhappy customer so these reviews surprise me. If a customer is not 100% satisfied and asks for a call, I call them immediately, especially if it has to do with medication which is something we have a protocol for and take very seriously.
As for asking how your dog did and getting an eye roll, I highly doubt that as we try to tell everyone how their pup did even before they ask, especially if it's their first time.
I am terribly sorry if you felt that I did not care as that is never the case. These business' are mine and my husband's pride and joy and I welcome all of you to give me a call to discuss these matters because i cant think of a single staff member of ours who would ever give the impression to a customer that they dont care. We never want to send anyone away unhappy.

I left my dog there for a weekend & it turned out to be a real problem to say the least. After explaining to the staff how my dogs meds were to be given, along with a written schedule, my dog missed his meds & ended up having to call my vet because my dog's condition was getting out of control. He had to stay in the "hospital" for two days to get him back under control. I called for the owner but the girl at the desk told me my instructions were unclear & wasn't their fault. They almost kill my dog but it's not their fault they didn't give my dog his meds. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

This is not a place to leave your dog. The second time I dropped my dog off he came home with scratches. I asked the front desk girl about that & she acted like I was making the story up. She was very rude & wouldn't answer my question. Only said that the owner would call me & never got a call. I never brought the dog back & am still waiting for that call from the owner. Found another place right away for my dog to play. This place is not worth the time,

Took my dog there & found the staff to be very unprofessional. No one at the front desk when I tried to drop my dog off. If I asked how my dog was doing I always got the rolling of the eyes. I was told one time that my dog causes issues & the other dogs want to "kill" my dog. The whole experience was shameful. Do yourself & your dog a favor & find a better place to take your dog. Don't waste time going there.

My rescue dog is very finicky and I have been to other groomers-but I could tell the moment I walked in the door that they love dogs here-she looks beautiful when I pick her up and I always see people picking up or dropping their pups off at their daycare. I would not go anywhere else in the Lehigh Valley.

Absolutely the best. You will not find a better place, or more caring or compassionate people!

The absolute best doggie daycare / boarding in the area. the owners and staff truly care about the dogs, take very good care of them, and ensure that our pup comes home satisfied and tired. I would not take our pup anywhere else. And I don't know what I would do if I couldn't take our pup here to get his energy out and play with his friends!

My husband and I were so happy to have found A Furry Tail. We brought our puppy Trigger to them for some socialization and to make sure he gets plenty of exercise. He LOVES it!! He is well cared for, comes home exhausted and he even gets to swim during the day!! I wish I could go to A Furry Tail all day long instead of work!! They have multiple webcams in order to view the dogs throughout the day and they even post tons of wonderful pics each day on their Facebook page. We are thankful to have found their facility and recommend it to anyone who asks.
