Janis, Lindsay, Kristine and Alisa are the exception to the rule when it comes to health care and weight reduction. These ladies care about people and treat each client as their most important person. I hope that my few words that follow will convince you to give them a call as they can help you.



I have lost 45 pounds, 8 inches off my waist and 3 shirt sizes since initial visit in September. Talk about an extreme change as I am living proof that the program works. There was no treadmills, lifting weights, spending hours at the gym or any such craziness to my weightloss as they taught me how to eat and from there I got off the couch and started walking.



Most importantly, when I started I was a severe diabetic, had high blood pressure and extreme levels of cholestorol. I could not sit at my desk without breating hard let alone walk down the hallway. Now I walk nightly, am OFF ALL MY MEDs, and am living life. I have a long way to go to meet my 100 pound goal but know that it will happen thru the guidance of WLN.

Janis and Dr. Cave are wonderful, and will truly help you lose those unwanted pounds without any judging or guilt.
