When we leave your home you will no longer be infested with nits, lice, and/or nymphs, so then we will leave you a follow-up plan (included in the price), which the specialist will go over it with you step by step. If after following the entire plan, and you still find nits in the hair (which you shouldn't!), we will come back to your home at no charge to you. Our technicians work diligently and quickly to help protect themselves from transporting it elsewhere The Cleaning Crew provides the floor treatment and additional bags needed for you to finish cleaning and it helps from re-infestation of lice.
