Your store should stick to selling products and have nothing to do with printing, faxing, scanning, emailing shipping, etc. Many years ago I had to help an employee with the printer for another customer.
Just yesterday I and my friend both called trying to get info on tracking a pkg. I didn't get her name, but she was rude to both he and I and hung up on me twice. I don't care if they are having a bad day, or are in pain and had to close early, I've had 3 back surgeries and live with chronic pain. you are in business, you would think your employees would have some sort of customer service skills. A customer might not always be right but a customer is ALWAYS a customer. Except for this one!!! I will never go back, and I will encourage everyone I know to go to the UPS store where they acknowledge you, are friendly and extremely helpful. I don't want an apology, it means nothing to me at this pt. Train your people,(or get ppl in there who know what they are doing and aren't so bitter). (I'm a graphic graduate) and one lady was going to print vellum paper on a laser printer. Which I stopped her, vellum is compatible with inkjet, it would have fried your laser printer.
Stick to selling your overpriced merchandise. If there was an option for a neg review, you'd be getting a neg. 5. I will be contacting the management to get to the bottom of the tracking of the package and the extremely rude lady who hung up on my long-distance...(twice)

Friendly/helpful staff, whenever I need faxing services or looking for that right gift( that you will not find just anywhere)

Had a problem with my printer, so I had the file on my disk that I needed copies printed. They were very helpful and the price was very reasonable too.
