We live in Michigan, and own a condo in Navarre Beach. We got a call from our rental manager who told us the AC went out. We called Kool Breeze and they went out and looked at the A/C unit. We were advised they could get it running, but that due to the age of the unit, it may need more work sooner or later. This A/C unit was about 12 years old, and that is about twice as long as most A/C units last on beach rentals in FL. Kool Breeze had installed the A/C 12 years ago, so we didn't change a thing....same company and same model of A/C (Rheem), and will keep our fingers crossed for another 12 years. Kool Breeze's prices are competitive, they provided good service, and my wife and I trust them. We have recommended them to others in our complex and if we have trouble, we trust them to be quick, responsible, and fair since most of our deals with them are from out of state.

I have been using Kool Breeze for many years and actually had them install a new unit in my new construction home. Received a more than fare price on the unit and the workmanship and quality of materials was beyond the standard that I had seen in other homes being built! Going with Kool Breeze for my new system was personally a great decision. In my previous home they were who I went to without fail! I had a problem with that system and I thought it was going to cost over 1000 dollars to get fixed but it turned out to be a minor repair. The indications were that it would be costly, the technician explained that this problem could easily have been diagnosed as the costly repair but in my case it wasn't! I didn't get charged anything except for the service call charge! That was what convinced me that this was an honest and reputable business and that is why I chose them to install my system in my new house.! I'll go nowhere else! And they are locally owned and that matters to me as well!

Nice technicians. They arrived quickly and took care of my a/c! I also used them last year with a heating problem. I will call them again.
