Ordered a cab and was told it would be here in 20. After waiting over an hour I called back and was told it would be another 20... still running late past the last 20min. they gave me.

This company is a joke I sat here waiting for two hours. I call they say a couple minutes then never picked up. So unprofessional. I advise everyone to choose a different cab company!

Called for cab.. They said 10-15 minutes. Waited for over an hour. Tried to call back and nobody would answer the phone!!! If I could give them 0 stars I would! Terrible service.

This is the worse cab company I have ever experienced. Long wait times just to find out they never dispatched your ride in the first place and this is most of the time while rude. I'm going to the Mayor, OUC and everyone else I can think of to shut them down. this company whether the name is generic or not is the best out of all others 10 stars in my opinion

Worst service ever told me a half hour waited over an hour and still never arrived before my other ride.

After disaster with TEAM Taxi, I called these guys, they picked me up within 30 just like they said.. The driver was very professional and a good guy... Would use anyday over TEAM TAXI....

Asked for a cab prior tothe day needed for 12:15p and the cab was half hour late makin me late for work.

This company is actually Yellow cab leasing of canton,oh. They are using a generic name.
