My mom thought she got her two maple trees trimmed by Woolf. After I saw the finished work with the six fresh limb cuts out of each tree and hardly anything out of the crown of the trees, I called the company. When I talked to the receptionist, she seemed very defensive about my concern about what my mother's trimmed trees should look like. When Lynn called he indicated that he did not touch the tree crown because it had been shaped in the past. That is like saying the trees had a hair cut four years ago, so it was not necessary to touch the top.

My mom said they spent an hour an the job and that might explain why the trees did not look completely trimmed, and I expressed to Lynn that I did not think my mom got her $275.00 worth, which did not reflect what was on the estimate of two maple trees trimmed.



I also mentioned to Lynn that a major branch had been nicked by a careless pole saw.

This is a very reliable company and the owner Lynn, is the one who comes out to do the estimates. Estimates are done quickly, but they have a wait time of a couple of weeks, but that only shows they are busy and worth doing business with.

Thank you for the great job you did. This was the second time you have take care of tree issues for me and both times you've come when you said you would and have done a great job. You always clean everything up and leave it looking great. I truly appreciate it.

Woolf Tree service did an excellent job trimming my trees. Their crew was professional, very quick and cleaned-up very thing to perfection. I would have not trouble recommending them to my friends and family. Great job!
