While I have no problem with the service provided I am very disappointed that the discount offer stated above was not provided. When I mentioned this ad I was told that his price "used to be $125/hour, but he lowered it to $85/hour" and that covers the discount. Before confirming the appointment I asked what his hourly rate was and was told $85/hour. The 20% discount should have come off that rate, not some other amount he used to charge. So be aware that although he supposedly offers a discount, you most likely won't receive it unless you're more forceful than I was. In hindsight I should have pressed the issue and insisted upon the discount offered when I brought it to his attention. I even had this page printed out for him to see and he still failed to follow through. For this reason I'll be calling someone else the next time I need a good plumber.
