Provided by YP.comWorst experience I have ever had with a business! My car got towed from my spot in my apartment complex. When I went to pick up my car they informed me that it was because I had no parking sticker. I unlocked my car and found my sticker in the backseat of my car. Then they got rude. They told me they could do nothing, and that it would be $205 cash only. They continued to be rude, and tell us that we were wasting their time. We paid the amount because the conversation was going nowhere. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A RECEIPT or any documentation of the towing. We called their main manager to complain about how we were treated. We were then told "that's just their personalities." SHOCKED APPALLED
