The owner of Whitetail Home Improvements, Freddie Zellers, was a Professional from the quote phase to completing the last touches on the chimney caps and clean up. He had a great crew working for him that were on time, skilled and the job was completed as stated. He had appropriate roofing equipment to complete the job and shingles were ordered and arrived on time. I also had a ridge vent installed which will help to circulate air through attic and help cut down on utility bills. Always a plus! He patiently waited for a 2-3 day stretch of dry weather before putting the new roof on. Mind you, this was no easy job. I had two layers of shingles and the bottom layer had disintegrated and was a mess to handle during clean-up and removal. Freddie was there everyday working side-by-side with his crew. You were quite a team. Freddie answered every call on the first ring or returned my call very quickly. Great communication! He walked me through the entire process step-by-step making sure I understood everything. My chimney top was irregular and therefor required additional footwork to locate the right chimney caps. Freddie took this in stride and dealt with it by contacting several local businesses until he came up with a great solution. I was completely satisfied with the work, the price and the professionalism across the board. Freddie was referred to me by a co-worker. They say word of mouth is the best kind of advertising. I would highly recommend Whitetail Home Improvements to my neighbor, co-worker or best friend.

As good as it gets! Mr. Zeller was prompt to provide a quote for a painting job. We were not so prompt in calling him back to make arrangements but when we did he was gracious and professional and scheduled us in promptly. He and his painters came in, knocked the job out in no time. These walls now look better than they did before. We will definitely use him again! Highly recommend.

When it finally came time to have our roof re done, we did a lot of research and met with several company's. What made us choose whitetail home improvements was their prompt service and punctuality, they were always on time, answered all of our questions and were incredibly professional. Happily, that great service did not end when they starting working, the crew was always very respectful and took great care in making sure our property was clean at all times. Most importantly, the roof they installed for us is stunning and we have not had a single problem since they finished.

I strongly recommend them. Their work was fast and done at a good price. One of the best contractors that Ive worked with. ITs nice to have something done right the first time.
