Rip off....I called these people to come and check my washing machine because my husband was out of town. I told him it was probably just the trap wear things fall out of pockets. He told me that I needed a new pump which was 160.00 I could never get a return phone call or follow up.

After a week I called someone else they told me for the man to check the trap he would have had to pull out the washer...which he didn't and the cost of the pump was 140.00. This is truly unprofessional and I would never recommend their business
