The installers were nice and very fast. We unfortunately had to install 2 new furnaces : ( right before Christmas. And 2 days before we left on vacation. I would use them again for sure.

I had made an appointment with Western Heating for a preventative maintenance check up as I do every year. When Jeremy arrived he discovered that there was a water leak and the flooring was covered with water. Our Association Mgt. Company discovered that the pan under the water heater was rusted out and water was leaking under the linoleum. We will be installing a new water heater and pan. Western Heating will need to return to complete their maintenance job as nothing was accomplished witrh the HVAC unit. Jeremy is aware of this project. I signed up for the Western Heating and Air service plan. They come twice a year, once to service the A/C and once to service the furnace. Erik M. did both of my service visits this year. He was super friendly, very professional and explained everything very well! I would definitely recommend Erik and this company to my friends!

We found their coupon for a furnace cleaning on Amazon Local. Sharee came out and cleaned and inspected our furnace. Scheduling was easy and she came one time. We had a few questions about a future AC unit install and she called Bill to come out just to be sure we had accurate info. Bill was quick to come out and was knowledgeable about all our questions. We ended up needing a new furnace (our model had been from 1970-something) and they were able to schedule the new furnace install for the next day! They provided us with space heaters until the new furnace was operational. We want to thank Sharee and Bill for their awesome help and for all the technicians that helped with the install. We will for sure contact them again when in need and even managed to pass a business card along to a neighbor looking to get central air. Thanks guys!

I've used Western Heating and AC for several years now. They are always thorough and dependable. Richard did a great job today of giving my furnace a six-month check including cleaning and chaning the filter. The technicians always keep me informed of what they're doing.

We were very pleased with the service and product we received from western heating and air. We got estimates and opinions from three different companies. Bill spent two hours measuring our house and examining the problem. Although his was the highest in price of the estimates he was the only one we felt was being thorough and honest with his assessment and was competent. They weren't able to start work for a few days, so they brought us portable air conditioners to help with the heat. The service was done in a timely manner. We had to put new vents in an existing house and it looks like they were always there. We would recommend them to others.

Did a awesome job replacing our Furnace and A/C will use them again in future.
