- This service was originally started by LTC(Ret) Tom Mulyca, USMA '73, while VP of Information Services at the West Point Association of Graduates. About the time Tom retired, the WPAOG came to the conclusion that it couldn't tacitly support the variety of groups desiring a web presence with automatic links to the Association. With that in mind, the WPAOG allowed Tom to take full ownership of the service.
