Horrendous business practices and customer service!!!!!!! I brought in my fiancé's BRAND NEW WHITE tuxedo jacket for OUR WEDDING to be PRESSED ONLY. He is a big man, so this is a custom made tuxedo, not cheap! He went to pick it up and noticed a brown stain on the front pocket, so he said something and the person working said/ mimicked “oh no, just brush it off, it’s ok”. My fiancé said “NO. it’s NOT ok there is a stain!”. My fiancé turned the jacket over to find brown stains and iron marks ALL over the jacket!!! He was mortified. The worker had the nerve to say we brought it in like that!!!! My fiancé was looking for Ashton, he thought he was getting Punk’d! Thankfully they cleaned it and all the stains came out. My fiancé went back to pick it up…. NO Apologies, NOTHING! I have been going there for a while to dry clean our clothes, NOT ANY MORE! Do Not Bring your clothes there! I wish I could give this business NO stars, but they won't let me post this unless I pick a rating.

I've always been very pleased with the work, and the prices are very reasonable.
