The only reason I'm rating this Walmart a 2 is because my issue was fixed my very PROFFESSIONAL (NOT ILLITERATE) MANAGERS KEVIN AND RAQUEL. SO I GO IN TO DO A RETURN AND MS AMBROSIA(VERY VERY RUDE AND DUMB I MUST SAY) SAYS SHE COULDN'T RETURN IT CAUSE THE RECEIPT DIDNT MATCH WHEN CLEARLY IT DID SO I HAVE HER CALL THE MANAGER KEVIN. HE SEES THE ISSUE WAS REALLY NOT AN ISSUE AND DOES THE RETURN I HAD ALSO PURCHASED PTHER ITEMS EARLIER THAT MONTH THAT I LOST THE RECEIPT TO SHE TOLD ME SHE WOULDNT DO THE RETURN BECAUSE MY ID WAS NOT ME AND SAID THE SAME FOR MY BF AND ALSO THAT HIS NUMBERS WERE WRITTEN ON??? OK SO WE HAVE THE MANAGER ONCE AGAIN COME BACK AFTER HE WAS JUST UP THERE AND THIS TIME BROUGHT MANAHER RAQUEL HE AND HER BOTH TOOK A LOOK AT THE ID AND SAID NOTHING WAS WRONG AND DID THE RETURN NEEDLESS TO SAY MS ABROSIA CLEARLY DOESNT KNOW WHAT SHES DOING AND SHOULD HAVE SO REMANAGEMENT TRAINING NOT ONLY DID SHE FAIL TO PROVIDE QUALITY CUATOMER SERVICE BUT MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE WERE DOING SOMETHING WRONG. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT EMPLOYEES LIKE HER WORKED THERE I WOULD NEVER HAD PUT MY 1200 LAYAWAY AT THIS LOCATION. BUT THANKFULLY SHE DID HAVE PROFESSIONAL MANAGERS TO STEP UP AND COMPLETE WHAT SHE LACKED

The worst cashiers attitudes, the worst customer service specially Dianna and her gang of cashiers, Dianna should be in the MMA that's the place for her to fight and she have the look for that too, I wish Walmart stop promoting that they have the best prices or they match prices until they teach their middle school cashiers how to treat customers, never going there again, I prefer spend my money with people that have manners .

The lady in the fabric department, Susan, is the rudest person you will ever meet. She's short. And just nasty.
