The worst customer service i have ever experienced. The U-Scan cashiers are always rude and when a manager is needed they can never be found. If I could give this location 0 stars i would, wouldn't even hesitate!

the worst Walmart I ever been in customers are rude and so are the employees no help from the employees product all over the floor its a pig pen

I went to the electronic section and there were 5 or 6 people working on shelving and layouts. When I ask a question about their straight phone there seemed to be only one person that could answer any questions. And of course they were busy with other customers. As I am a handicapped disabled veteran, I can not stand for a long period of time I left.

I was@ this Walmart today around 10:30am or 11:00am first I had to pay a bill that line was rapped around the corner to the vision center, with two young ladies working im disable it's hard for me to stand this store needs more employee's to assist & a handicap line, so I leave there. I need assist with finding lighter fluid, a 20 inch bike for my grandson BDay, I wanted Christmas decorations that go outside in the yard, a flat screen for my bathroom 32 inch&clothes for grandchildren (4 of them, I had planned on spending around a good thousands dollars) I approached the sporting area counter this black female who was just standing there looking like she had nothing to do -I said excuse me, with her looking right at me giving no response -I say Excuse me then looked at me again walked about a inch or two turn her back and get on phone (cell) run the store tape. I was out done so I walked towards the meats asking different employees for a manager or anyone to assist me, no one was able to. Look today showed me that some people work because they love, even like there job but this girl just there to get a check. The store was junkie I got a few things ($130.23)& got the heck out of that store. It's said to say but Im not going back to the Sterling Hts store keep my behind elsewhere. I understand that WALMART MAKES ALOT OF MONEY BUT IT'S because CUSTOMER'S LIKE MYSELF SHOPS AT THERE STORE'S. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES.

No one seems to want to answer the phone in Pharmacy . I was transferred 3 times because their phone line kept bouncing back to their operator cause no one was picking up the phone, and then the operator was getting frustrated with me. When I did finally talk to a pharmacy tech, she was rude also. The only friendly workers have been the guys stocking shelves. Can't say I have good experience with the cashiers either. But I live a block away and that is why I have gone back a few times. Otherwise I do prefer to shop at other places.

This perhaps the worst Walmart I have ever shopped at and I've shopped at many. Here is a short list of problems that I've seen:

1. Customers are too lazy to put their carts in a carousel when they're done loading their cars and the employees are too lazy to gather them up.

2. Filthy - high class customers take products off the shelves, consume them, then put the empties back on another shelf further through their visit. The employees are too lazy to pick up this trash, throw it away, and correct the shelf's appearance.

3. The deli/bakery doesn't know how to fry chicken wings. They're ALWAYS over done and dry. The stores in Warren are the only ones that I have ever seen this problem before.

4. There are always too few cashier stations open. Long lines with customers waiting to pay with 5 or 6 employees gathering around the head cashier station apparently with nothing to do.

The worst customer serivce ever... I was on the phone for 18 min. just to find out if they had a 6 ft. folding table in stock. I think they transfered me about 5 times all to ask me the same question.. "What were you looking for? ok hold on". Headache!!! To top it all off they were rude like I was inconviencing them!

huge store

Very clean, enormous store with produce, grocery, meats, AND regular Walmart type merchandise. Always jam-packed full of people. Don't buy the steak there, no matter how you prepare it, it's awful and cheap tasting.

Very grainy, grisly.

I have went to many Walmarts throughout Michigan and other states I have visited, and none is as slow as this Walmart. I am amazed at how slow these cashiers are. The CS area/returns is just as bad if not worse. Are they that lazy or just dont care? Either way, it has turned me off from shopping this location.
