I admit that being new to the area, I was hesitant to call from the phone book. I spoke with John from this company and he knew how to fix my problem even though I didn't explain as well as I should. He came out the next morning, and had me back up and working in less than an hour. He showed me what went wrong, explained how it worked, and why I needed the new parts. Everything is back to normal. The price he charged is what he estimated it would be and I was happy to pay him. Thanks John!
