Love this store! Great customer service, the black manager Olivia is so helpful and sweet! She's the only person I go to!

Return policy unacceptable and customer service terrible. Clothes are cheaply made. Bought my daughter a shirt (40.00). She was planning to wear it to school the next day when we found a good size hole under one of the arms. A closer look showed the material was thin and had frayed where it had been sewn. When the blouse was returned for an exchange, even though we had the tag and the receipt, they refused because the tag was not still originally on the blouse. No exchange even though the garment was obviously defective. There are other places which sell the same clothes for cheaper and the customer service is better. My advice is to go somewhere else. This place does not value its customers
