Provided by YP.comVital and Green decided to break with city ordinances by blaring the company van's radio and operating loud equipment at 6:30 am. This occurred at my neighbor's house just outside of my bedroom window this morning. I so enjoyed being forced out of bed before my alarm went off this morning. (sarcasm)
