The service isn't the problem, the lack of communication from the office is. I requested only that my yard be mowed and sticks be removed every three weeks because I don't have the time to mow or the money for additional services. I was quoted a price by the head landscaper ($28/hour) and I was receiving bills for well over that price. I asked them to suspend service for the drought months and they didn't and they billed me for it. Then they came and cleared my leaves without my knowledge and that will again, cost more. The manager then proceeded to argue with me over what they told me for services, a sure fire way to ruin a relationship with a customer. Overall pretty upset with the customer service and communication side.

Victory Landscaping does wonderful work. They are very prompt on returning your calls. They are prompt with making an appointment that fits my schedule. The owner is a wonderful guy to speak too
