Excellent service! They came very fast after my call and detected the water pipe leaking problem without tearing my wall open. The service fee they charged was very reasonable. Very nice people. Highly recommend them to anyone who need services.

Great plumbing service, fast, efficient, courteous, and works on weekends. Head and shoulders above the competition as far as I could see. I was absolutely satisfied with the work done on my frozen pipes. This is a top notch professional who knows what he's doing. I will keep them in mind for the next time a problem arises.

Excellent!! Everyone else voice mail no returned call. He picked up leaving from another call at 4:30pm on a Saturday night. I had a sewer blockage. It was already night and I live in a mobile home park, no cellar. Plumbing under trailer still offered to fix in 40 min. Suggested next morning in daylight only because no one else responded earlier and made arrangements to stay elsewhere for the night. Showed up early removed root blockage, quickly! Suggested upgrades needed by the park owner, not me, to prevent future problems. Price? Very good. Knows what he is doing!

Worst Service! Being a first time home buyer you tend to be very excited about your new purchase and new life ahead of you. All we wanted to do was to move a water heater about 10 feet and possibly replace a water pressure gauge. Over the phone we received courteous service and scheduled for a quote. When the day came, no one showed up, and when we called we were given the excuse of someone didn't show up and that our labor would be free. Understanding that things happen we rescheduled. On the next day of the appointment, still no one showed up at the time scheduled, when we called they said they would be there and were running late. When they showed up finally, one gentleman basically admitted he wasn't licensed and the only one who was, was a gentleman who couldn't speak any English. When first going into the house he began poking around in areas that had nothing to do with what needed to be done and kept focusing on why we didn't have a second floor (the house being a 1 story ranch), then when asked about our free labor the guy began to argue saying they never said that and that their appointment was supposed to be for Tuesday, which if it was why did they show up on Monday. Then after seeing the issues and arguing In front of us in another language he basically said he would be charging us for installing a new water heater even though he was only moving an existing one around 10 feet. He then also began poking around saying everything was out of code and needed to be fixed, basically telling young new home buyers that their cabinets and house were of low quality. We allowed them to stay because we wanted to see what the quote would be since we were on a budget, despite the rude service we were receiving, and when given a quote it was hand written on a notebook paper which they wouldn't allow us to keep. It was scribbled poorly, and we were still charged for full labor and once again told that installing a new water heater is the same as moving an existing one, which if you read anywhere is not true and was not what we were told when we called first. Also was telling us that even if we drained the heater ourselves he would still charge us. All in all the quote was around $1100 for just moving a water heater 10 feet. Once again if you read ANYWHERE online none of the things he was explaining are true and the rude service given was excuse enough to never go back. Especially since his last comment while leaving was "good luck", basically insinuating that our purchase was poor and unworthy of his work even though he stated he wasn't licensed the other guy was. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would refer anyone I know to look someplace else. The money wasn't even the biggest issue, it was his attitude towards a paying customer who was nothing but polite while he walked around the house pointing out everything he thought was wrong, which is NOT his job, also he had let us know he used to work for another company which I'm assuming he was fired from. Terrible customer service, and an awful way to run a business. I wish I could give it 0 Stars.

Best plumber I've ever dealt with. Really affordable, prompt courteous service. He came within 45 minutes of me calling about a clogged toilet. Need to replace the toilet and he came back out and did that. He also fixed a leak in the cellar and didn't charge me. All this on the Sunday before Christmas!! If you need a plumber, look no further, this guy is the best.

I had problems with my sewer drain line. I called couple different plumbing companies, i called Roto-Rooter and Mr.Rooter these companies gave me a high price around $400.00. But then I found USA-Rooter and gave a call in which they gave me the price of $230.00. Right when they gave me the price i went with them. The job was done and it was done right, and it was done for less money. I recommend USA-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing problem.
