I called them and was surprised how helpful and honest they were. I was on the phone for about 20 minutes and the guy i spoke with was very informative. Actually told me he couldn't help me but gave me advice that made sense. He explained his advice way past the point of him letting me know that there was nothing he could do for me. It actually seemed like he cared. I was surprised.

I had tried to get a loan modification twice with bank of america and both times got turned down. I wasn't sure what to do. From the first day working with the staff at the law firm was great. They made me feel comfortable and their confidence gave me hope that i could keep my home. Laura was especially helpful and always took time to explain what was going on during the process. I just found out i got a loan modification that lowered my monthly payment more than $400.00. I was 11 months behind and I can;t believe that i will be able to keep my home and that this whole thing is done. I even planted my garden, something i didn;t think i would have the opportunity to do again
