On the 13th of October of 2007 I called this company to be assured they would have a ride available at 4:30 am Sunday the 14th. They said 'of course'. At 4:23 am Sunday I called for the ride and was told to wait until we are at Enterprise on 24th. I called again at 4:33 and they said 'be there right away". At 5:03 I called again and they said "just arounf the corner". Starting at 5:13 the phone would not answer. At 5:33 am an intercepts said that cell phone was no longer in service. Our plane left at 6:33 am, miles away from where we were stuck out in the cold.
