I went there because the location was convenient and found the prices to be low. I should have known, cheap gets you cheap. The staff(maybe the owner working the counter) was dismissive and rude. The computer I had custom made there required 3 trips back to fix, all left one night minimum. I've learned this lesson before, cheap cost just gets cheap service in return. There are lots of good computer shops in Orlando, this is not one of them.
