Stay far away from this COMPANY....UNIFIED...read the real reviews not the fake ones they posted.. They WILL NOT fix any problems you have from installation.They won't even return for a look ..STAY AWAY

They did a great job measuring and making adjustments to the windows and doors. They were so efficient that I hired them again. The doors are top-notch wonderful and tight, with no air coming in. They did a good job. The technicians were prompt. knowledgeable and excellent.

I got windows replaced, and installed a few new ones in my renovated house, by skilled technicians of Unified Windows. Their crew was well experienced and did an amazing job, giving a new look to home interiors and exteriors. Their professionals were polite and easily completed the entire task in a few hours. Not only them, even the firm they suggested me for my paint job did the great task. I highly recommend them.

Unified Windows are the best. For 4 years I am availing their services and I owe a big thanks to the company’s experts for making by dreams come true. Recently I moved to my new flat in NYC and for the third time their skilled technician provided me the interiors that I really wanted to look like. Needed new windows for my home and was nervous because they weren’t the standard shape of normal windows. Unified helped me figure out what I needed and got it done for a low price. They are very professional. It took a little bit longer than I expected, but the salesman I worked with constantly kept me in the loop. Would recommend.

Unified was recommended to me by a friend. I had never heard of them before, so I decided to look around and get a couple of estimates. They had the lowest prices for both windows and doors. The installation was quick and easy, and there was no mess afterwards. Loved working with Unified! Great business.

Needed new siding, and the salesman Mike I worked with treated us wonderfully. He was both respectful and professional. I called up for an in home estimate and they were there giving us prices the next day. The installers were also great. Great company with great employees!

I called this company to get an estimate on installing 7 new windows. The estimate was cheaper than another I received and the job was done flawlessly. I would recommend this company to everybody due to there professionalism, neatness, and price!!!

Unified Windows Inc. Finding a perfect store that provides you with all your housing needs can be a bit tough task. But exploring Unified Windows is not. While searching for the best housing solution providers, I became a bit confused since all the stores across the United States were providing some of my required products at different prices. It was much tense situation as I have to decide from the available option. But while exploring some more websites when I came across the Unified Windows, I was amazed by the list of products that they were offering. The range of products that they were offering included windows, doors, roofing materials and many others. Finally, I got my required window panes from the Unified Windows at the most competitive prices and in different shapes.

It was a superior job that Unified Windows and Doors located in Brooklyn, NY performed on our home. We had 26 windows installed and siding put up as well. We had an extremely positive experience starting with the salesman, and it was carried through by the window installation crew, the siding installation crew, and finally their office staff. Everyone was cheerful, helpful, and took the time to keep us informed every step of the way. Our property was a difficult house to work on as it is three stories in the back and is structured such that is was hard maneuvering ladders and reaching some of the areas. We had some bad weather in the middle of the siding job, but the crew persevered and worked as much as they could in the elements. When the job was finished, the crews thoroughly cleaned up the worksite. The end result is a beautiful house that feels brand new!!! Good work by unified windows

Not bad, service ok. Expensive $$$ it seems cheap in their ads but not really. They use all sub contractors for installation.

We had a very disappointing experience. Unified did a siding job. In pure Brooklynese, Fuhgeddaboudit! Capisce? (pronounced cah-PEESH)The work done was below standards, and done by subcontractors hired by Unified.After our negative experience we found the following timelyinformation experienced by other former Unified customers:1) Nassau County Dept of Consumer Affairs has a record of 14complaints from 2008 to 2013 for Unified.2) Suffolk County Dept of Consumer Affairs has a record of 4complaints for Unified.3) The Better Business Bureau of NY has a record of 54 complaints forUnified (13 within the past 12 months).You can check the publicly available information online about recordedcomplaints made to county and city consumer affairs departments andthe Better Business Bureau of NY.

As a former customer of Unified, an admonition is respectfully offered.



Your blood pressure will surely be elevated if use this company, so if

you do, make sure you have taken your doctor prescribed Norvasc or

Diovan.



We used Unified for a siding job. It was a dismal, stressful experience.



On numerous occasions they tell you one thing but then do and say

something else - usually the opposite of what they originally stated -

and then lie right to your face and claim that was not what they said

or it was a "misunderstanding" or a "miscommunication." The same

issues were experienced with the Estimator to the Project Manager. The

communication from the project managerial staff and foreman was

unprofessional and deceptive.

Ethical business practices - not!

I agree with all the complaints. You should have heard the complaints I heard and the way the managers of the company would respond to them. Horrible. I would know first hand, I once worked there. Worst place I ever worked at.

They are the most incompentent/dangerous company servicing NY. I saw the A+ rating from BBB -DON'T BELIEVE IT! If you want your home demolished/destroyed without paying a demolition crew, hire Unified Windows. They will destroy everything they touch, from gutter to litters, roofing, siding, windows, awnings, brickwork, driveways and more. They are careless, threaten you with lawsuits and they only want your money. The owner/foreman are nasty people with no respect. Think a million times before you even call them. They might be cheap but you'll end up paying tripple to repair their shotty work. They are not even worth the one star rating!

BUYER BEWARE!! Signed contract for two doors and two windows in August... now its December and Im still dealing with these fools. At first, they did an ok job. As of 11/12 there was a couple of items outstanding. Now its 12/1 and they still havent completed the job. Stay away from these guys... far, far away! Both "general managers" are nasty when you ask them to complete a job in accordance with the signed agreement. If you go with them, hold the check until EVERYTHING is done...If not... It will NEVER get done.

The BBB closed the case because they referred to local licensing agencies and refuse to get involved. Lesson learned… Do not place all of your reliance on BBB ratings as they are skewed. Complaints about this company are all over the internet so do your due diligence. Also, any window install will likely have you searching for someone to remediate the poor install as I am still working through. Finally, as for my CUSTOM attic cap… It’s a piece of junk, cut and manipulated yet still doesn’t fit. Come pick up the worthless piece of junk whenever you are free Mr. Steven DiMare.

Oh and by the way, Westchester county has cited them with violations. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!

I WOULD AGREE PRICE IS A FACTOR WHEN CHOOSING A COMPANY. BUT IN THE LAST FEW YEARS WE HAVE HAD OUR WINDOWS, SIDING, GARAGE DOORS, SLIDING DOORS, ROOF...BASICALLY EVERYTHING DONE BY THEM, AND OVER TIME, WE HAVE WINDOWS THAT DONT WORK PROPERLY, SIDING THAT HAS FALLEN OFF NEEDING TO BE FIXED, AND MOST RECENTLY, A STORM DOOR WAS INSTALLED OFF THE BACK DECK. THE LATCH DOESNT WORK, AND THEY TOLD US THAT IT WAS INSTALLED A YEAR AGO AND THAT ITS BASIC WEAR AND TEAR... I THINK THAT IS B.S. TALK ABOUT NOT GIVING A S**T ABOUT CUSTOMER LOYALTY. THEY TOLD US SEND US A CHECK, ONCE IT CLEARS WE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO LOOK AT IT. ARE THEY SERIOUS? AFTER WE SPENT THOUSANDS WITH THEM, WE NEED TO PREPAY FOR SERVICE? AND NO, WE NEVER WITHELD PAYMENT OR MADE THEM WAIT FOR ANY OF THE OTHER SERVICE, IT WAS ALWAYS PAID ON THE SPOT WITH BANK CHECKS. DONT USE THEM TRY SOMEONE ELSE.
