I've had my car fixed at Tyson's a number of times and always had a very positive experience. Not only are they reasonably priced but they're very honest, reliable, professional and do great work. I trust them and will continue to have my car serviced by Tyson's.

I had the worst experience of my life with this business. It is honestly a hole in the wall. I am a hard working college student that got her car's spark plugs changed and in the process, the mechanics discovered that my car's timing belt was cracking. I went back the next day with all the parts and money for the fix. I needed it as soon as possible because I needed to visit my grandmother before she left the country. They did a horrible job; my car was not the same, shook and made noise like never before. I told them it just had to be fixed because it wasn’t like that prior to me taking it there, even with a bad belt. Don't get me wrong, they are nice guys but it's not right that I have to return again. Anyhow, they thought it was them loosening the mounts, which in part it was but in the end it was mostly the poor job they did with the belt, and I was told that I should at least pay for the part. I disagreed and said "I don't understand why I should pay for something that was not wrong in the first place." Well he went on to fixing it when his girlfriend came out of the truck and started going off on me with a rotten attitude, telling me that I needed it to pay for it and if not then to take my car and get out of there. She also told me I wasn't going to go there and try to rip off her boyfriend, and then she got out and invaded my personal space to keep screaming at me. I just had to walk away because I couldn't waste my time with an ignorant woman who must be at least 10 years older than me; I needed to get to my job. My business with the mechanic did not concern her and perhaps if she kept her mouth shut, people wouldn't get the hint that she actually lacks education. He also did not stop her and that is very unprofessional and I feel bad for his business if he mixes his personal life with it; customers sure like to come back to that...If you work your butt off to keep your car healthy then pay more for a good job because even Sears couldn't mess up this bad and then scream at you for their wrong doings. I did not pay for their mistake and yes I still have to get new mounts but I never want to return nor drive by this place again. I have experience with plenty of mechanics and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NEVER COME HERE! Southwest Florida has better mechanics.
