HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Owner told me he would not honor my warranty after coming out 4 times to fix the same problem with my fridge i purchased through them told me to shut up! Very rude, Very unprofessional.... WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND.

Came out promptly for a clothes dryer repair. Told me the problem, gave me a quote, fixed it, left with my money. 15 minutes later the dryer stopped working. Called them, they came back promptly, was told I needed a new dryer. The technician said they would refund part of the repair cost, never heard from them again. Out $100+, and had to go buy a new dryer the next day.

Nice guy came out and fixed my dishwasher. Professional and Curtious. Good price and fast.

Excellent service. First the technician fixed my oven and I have had him out a second time to fix my washer. Very fast and very reliable service. I would definitely recommend!

My refrigerator went down right before my son's birthday party- the technician not only came out on Saturday but he came out the same day I called and fixed the fridge before the party even began- I was so grateful! I would definitely recommend to others and use 2 Brothers Appliance Repair again!
