I contracted Twill HVAC Maintenance around 6 p.m because my tenant was complaining about her was blowing hot. Mr. Williams answered and said he could stop by around 9 p.m or so. I told him my condenser was on the roof of a 2 story bldg and he replied, "I have a ladder". Mr. Williams came out diagnosed the problem and had my tenant's air blowing cool based on his probing test when he left. I contacted my tenant the next morning to ask how here air was blowing and she replied "fantastic". I will use Twill HVAC Maintenance again.
