A total waste of time and money. They can't keep their technicians, they can't keep their appointments straight and they can't keep their bookkeeping straight. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing.

They really do a very nice services and their people were so great.

The Truly Nolen I used is in Albuquerque, NM. They were very professional and I felt they did a very good job. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I have been using them for years for ants, roaches and termites. They are a good company and a pleasure to work with. It is a little pricey but it seems to keep our pests down to a minimum.

This company does not know what it is doing nor how to keep customers happy. They were unable to keep simple black ants out of my house. Now it is Sunday and we have a major ant problem and no technician willing to come out and help.

had a termite contract for the "sub" (underground) termites and one year the inspector found the flying type. But they adjusted my contract to cover both for just $5 more and now I'm covered for all types of termites. It's nice not to worry about the termites or getting ripped off. It's a very honest and ethical company.
