Tritan plumbing unclogged all drain pipes on the 2nd floor of our home. It was not an easy task (it took 4 hours) but they got the job done. We feel the cost is justified. We thank Tritan Plumbing for their professional service.

Tommy did a great job removing the old toilet and putting in the new toilet. He even took the time afterwards to answer questions about work I need done in the future -- installing a new faucet and replacing a broken drain. I would recommend Tritan Plumbing for all those projects that you continue to put off.

Plumber promptly came out to fix the clog/replace the pipe in the wall. Had an issue with the work days later and contacted the plumber about it. He said he'd come out to fix it on his own time and to not contact the company because they'd charge us. He didn't show when he said he would so we texted him. He apologized and said he'd come tomorrow. Didn't show that day either. We contacted the company and they told us they'd have to talk to the plumber first and that there may be a charge. Person on the phone was rude and kept accusing me of not communicating with my fianc�. She kept telling me lies and was supposed to call me back this morning after speaking to the plumber but I haven't gotten a call back yet.

My old water heater had developed a leak which could not be repaired, so I had Tritan replace my water heater. I was able to make an appointment quickly, but I had to leave work early in order to be home at the appointed time. Unfortunately, on my way home from work I received a call 30 minutes before the plumber arrived, which I thought was nice. Once he arrived the work was done in a timely and professional manner, and I now have a fine water heater. I should also mention that there were some additional costs above the special deal cost of $799 - this was to replace an old water shut-off valve and some additional piping, I think the extra charges were more than fair considering my house is from 1960s and the water heater was around 16 years old. I am very pleased with Tritan Plumbing.

I bought another Angie's Deal. This spigot leaked, and I could not get it apart to change the faucet washer. This was a straightforward job. My son and I moved all the stuff out of the part of the basement behind where the spigot goes through the wall, which they asked me to do when we scheduled the service. They showed up when they said they would. They took the old faucet off and replaced it. There was an extra charge because the existing plumbing would not support a truly frost proof installation. They were done and gone in a few hours. I will call Tritan Plumbing for all my plumbing needs! Very happy.

We have had roots in our sewer line and in the past have done routine clearing via rodding. We were looking for a longer term solution so we decided to do a water flush. The technicians showed up on time and were very professional. The price was very reasonable. The equipment and truck were clean and in great condition - it's obvious they take pride in their business. I would not hesitate to contact this company again if the need arose.

Mickey recommended a water heater that would meet our needs and gave us a very competitive price. He arrived at the scheduled time, completed the work within the estimated timeframe, hauled away the old water heater and was very professional. I would use Tritan Plumbing again and highly recommend the company.

It went very well. When the tech Kirk got here he was very polite and professional, he did a real good job on the installs and got them done very quickly. They gave a flat rate on the service so that was actually very good. They were timely and very neat and clean. They came in and gave me a quote. They made sure that everything was done on time. It wasn't a very big job but they were still fairly prompt. I would highly recommend them and will always call them for all my plumbing needs!

I contacted Tritan Plumbing to replace an aging natural gas water heater in my home. Before I purchased their Deal on Angie's List I had a number of questions for them (what type of heater did they sell, what size, etc.) and they answered all of my questions promptly each time. Before I even purchased the Deal they had already scheduled a visit to my home. Leo came out with a high quality Rheem water heater and did a professional and thorough job with the installation. He removed my old water heater and hauled it away. He made sure the new water heater was functioning perfectly before he left my house. And he was an absolutely perfect guest while in my home and was great to talk to. Overall I am very pleased with the quality of the water heater they sell, the service they provide, their overall professional attitude, and fair price. If you are looking for a cheap, bargain basement water heater replacement you may want to look elsewhere. If you are looking for a high quality water heater replacement, great service and a fair price, then I can highly recommend Tritan Plumbing!

We had a new toilet installed to replace an old unit probably dating from the late 1920s when our house was constructed. We were impressed with the professionalism and competence of the two who did the job, Leo and Mickey. We especially appreciated the way they cleaned up the debris before leaving. They were a class act.

I paid for a Deal on a water heater purchase and install based on their rating and Rheem brand heater included. Super smooth experience from beginning to end. Quick response by Mickey via Angie's List messages with regard to questions and scheduling. He gave me the installer's name and cell number along with the appointment day and time. Leo, the installer, called this morning an hour before he arrived for the appointment. I was impressed since it had snowed 14 inches on Super Bowl Sunday, the day before the install. Leo showed me what he needed to do with the gas and water supply lines to mate up to the new water heater and quoted cost for modifications. He was polite and efficient during his time in our house. His work looked very good to my engineer's eye and he explained the operation and settings before he left. He left the work area as clean as he found it. I will not hesitate to use Tritan Plumbing again.

Of all days to have our family room toilet to start leaking on my birthday. My husband and I looked and could to see where the leak was coming from, but our bathroom floor was flooded. I called Mickey at Tritan Plumbing and Mickey instructed me to shut off the main water in our crawl space and also the shut off valve to our toilet and he would be out asap. Mickey came out and immediately saw the water was coming from the water line in that both nuts had broken. Mickey fixed this and the leak stopped. My husband and I would have never saw where the leak was coming from. Mickey also cleaned up the water on the bathroom floor that I did not get to. I would not call any other plumber to fix any problem in our house. Mickey looked at our other bathroom on the first level of the house and showed what to look for when we have a leak. Mickey is so knowledgeable and helpful!

Our kitchen faucet was leaking at the sink base and we decided on a new faucet to update our kitchen and of course for the leak to stop. Mickey from Tritan Plumbing came out with 3 faucets to pick from and we decided on the up-scaled one to go with our kitchen.

Mickey replaced the cartridges in two showers, one tube, and changed the shut off valves for the wash machine.Mickey was extremely professional. He came in, checked out the problem, and then explained what he found, what it would take to fix it and how much it would cost. He kept us informed of his progress and when finished he had us check what he did. He was very neat and there was no mess to clean up when he left. I would recommend Tritan Plumbing and Mickey to anyone needing a plumber!

My 15 year old hot water heater over the last few years started to lose the hot water temperature whenever it got cold outside. I also ran out of hot water many times when taking a shower. Then this month the heater leaked water from the bottom very slowly. Fortunately I caught it in time before it soaked everything on the floor.I called Tritan and spoke to Sarah who was very friendly and professional. She understood my problem and she knew the repair guy was in the area. Within 30 minutes Leo was at my house. Leo also was very professional and very likeable. I knew I would get the hot water heater replaced and have hot water in just a few hours. Leo inspected the water pipes and explained everything he would have to do. He only had to replace the 2 unions which was a $50 extra cost. Leo calculated the cost of the work and parts and then had me write a check. Once that was done Leo went to work. Leo put in a new Rheem 40 gal Professional series gas water heater within an hour. I'm happy he was able to take the old water heater from off my hands. He waited another 1/2 hour for the water heater to heat up the water and to make sure all the faucets work. He showed me how to light the pilot with a push of the button which is far better and safer design than my old heater. He also showed the how to set the water temperature and showed which setting is recommended. Leo left and I checked everything cleaned up near the new heater and the new heater looked sharp. Within about 3 hours from calling Sarah I had hot water! Wow what a blessing!It has been over a week and I really like the hot water now! The hot water seems to be softer even though I don't have a water softener so that is a bonus. The hot water can get really hot on the "A" setting. I tried the next lower setting but that wasn't good enough so I went back to the "A" setting which I like. Now my showers have enough hot water and when done showering I turn the shower dial up to see if the water is still staying hot and it sure is piping hot!Great job Leo and thanks Tritan!

We are re-building a shower stall in our second bathroom and there was plumbing problems that needed to be fixed before we could proceed. When I called Tritan, they were able to get someone out quickly even though they had bookings throughout the day so we would be able to get back to work on the shower stall. They actually were able to come out earlier than originally planned. The person who came out, Kirk, was friendly, explained everything in detail that needed to be done, told us the cost and got right to work. He finished, cleaned up and told us how to avoid this issue in the future. All friendly and professionally.

I feel that I must bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I receive by your representative, Mickey Owano. I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of having Mr. Owano install my water heater. His professional and courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were very important to my complete customer satisfaction. He went beyond his duties and brought to my attention a previous problem with a second water heater. He explained that the T&P relief valve was installed to short of code and the venting cap was not secured properly. After completing his installation of the new water heater, he went ahead and did the repair on the second unit on his own. I was completely shocked that he would do something as generous. Please know that your employee was extraordinary in his duties as a plumber, and as a thoughtful individual. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply appreciative of his assistance and support. While I know that Tritan Plumbing is renowned for the customer service it provides, I feel like Mr. Owano treated my affairs with the utmost importance.
