I thought I was good at arranging my own travel, but I was too busy to do it, and tried travelwizard.com. What a pleasant surprise! They immediately connected me to one of their agents, Patricia Mullen who was a joy to work with! She is simply amazing. Thumbs up for Travelwizard.com. Marcia

First time I contacted Cruise Wizards was via email. They got right back to me and then I went to their Whitestown location. On our first cruise we booked with them we had to make changes after we booked and they took care of everything without any problems. Our second cruise we booked with them we got upgraded 3 weeks before our sail date. We were not expecting this and found out later that this happens more frequently with them because of the volume of cruises they book. We just completed another cruise which we also booked through them. I generally book all our vacations but with cruises I will stay with Cruise Wizards. They are extremely knowledgable and very helpful.

WOW, where did they come up with those package prices for Las Vegas, NV. I've used a search aggregator like hotelaccommodationdeals.com and manage to get much, much lower rates than those.

Booked a trip to Maui with Travelwizard.com. They hooked us up with an excellent travel agent who really knew her stuff. We stayed in Kaanapali at the Westin which we loved as it was close to the action of Whaler's Village. She suggested we eat at David Paul's Island Grill in Lahaina...which we really enjoyed. Our waiter Dennis was very entertaining and the food was delicious. On our way down from Haleakala we stopped at Kamoda's and pigged out on malasadas...like donuts. Patricia's knowledge of Maui really enhanced our experience. We highly recommend Travelwizard.com.

I had mad a request online and spoke with an agent and now it has been over 5 weeks and all i get is an e-mail every two weeks or so saying, "I haven't forgotten about you, I am still looking into your plans". This is ridiculous, this is not at all good customer service its frustrating and i wont book with travel wizard because i feel like they cant be trusted.
