Thompson’s Pool Service came into existence with two simple principles of Quality Service with a smile and Genuine concern for the customer’s needs. The owner, Rodney Thompson, started in the swimming pool industry as an apprentice helper and learned all about pools from the ground up. From carrying bags of salt and running weekly maintenance routes to repair and diagnosis, there’s not much he hasn’t seen. “While I was running routes and meeting with customers, I started to notice a growing trend among most of them, There was a disconnect between the customer and the pool company. A lack of engagement and enthusiasm was apparent. I decided right then and there that I was going to be the best pool person I could be.”
