We live on an awful private road. We called Good Sam for a tow and the first guy got to the beginning of the road and bailed on us...refused to come up and said he'd been stuck here before. I explained that cement and logging trucks made it up here and he hung up on me.
Tow Master was the company that came to our rescue. Turns out they'd been here before a few years ago.
Matt was polite, friendly, efficient, and fast - a real professional. We will definitely ask for Tow Master the next time. Overall a terrific experience.
