Working out with Steve has been and continues to be a pleasure, full of variety, never boring. With a mix of cardio, weights, boxing, and core conditioning, I never know what he’s going to throw at me.
In my first session, which was a free consultation, he wanted to know my goals. Steve has combined my goals with his 13+ years of knowledge of what works. I like his whole-body approach which incorporates training with diet/nutrition. After just 6 workouts, I began to notice changes in my body. He customized a dynamic and motivating plan just for me, dedicated to individualized attention with no distractions. Steve is focused on helping me achieve my personal best.
Although the workouts are always strenuous and push me further than I thought possible, I always feel great afterwards, both mentally and physically. The varying techniques and activities keep it interesting and ever so challenging. I love the one-on-one training and am very comfortable with Steve, never concerned about risking injury due to his extensive medical background and focused attention on what we are doing.
