Rip off. They over charge, make you wait hours, come to job unprepared & rude on the phone! *i was an unfortunate customer today

I did not have a good experience with this company because they did not do the job I paid them to do. I used my insurances company to setup a tow to take my car to a repair shop; the person got lost and I had to find him to bring him to my car. Then after I paid him at my house, I asked if he wanted to follow me to the repair shop. He replied no; I know where the repair shop is located. I went to the repair shop and waited. He did not show up when I was at the repair shop. When I was leaving, I saw him coming down the road driving to the repair shop. I thought ok well he knows where he going because he is in the right location. The next day we call the repair shop to see what kind of repairs our car needed. The shop told us the car never arrived. I then got very upset and drove down to the shop thinking someone is not telling the truth or somebody did not do their job. When I got there, I found my car across the street at another shop. I called Tim's towing and told them what happen. I then asked if they were going to send someone out to fix’s the issue. The man at Tim’s Towing told me that it was not their fault and he was not sending anyone out there to bring it across the street. I asked the shop would it cost me anything to move it across the street and they told me 30 dollars. I told Tim’s towing they would have to come out and move it across the street because they did not do their job. They refused and started using vulgar language. I finally told them I would take them to court if they did not come and move my car across the street. They told me to do it and they don't care. They told me they were going to call the cops on me if I called their business again and refused to take responsibility for making the mistake. This is the worst experiences I have ever had with a towing company. They are lack etiquette, responsibility, and business knowledge. If anyone asked me what I thought of this company, I would tell them I had very poor experiences with them and would never recommend this place to anyone.
