Came out to fix my pool last August - paid for the service and 2 weeks later the problem had returned. Now 5 months later and many messages left, have never heard back. Will now have to pay again for someone else to fix the issue.

I had called Pool Master for an air leak I had in my pool which was causing my pump not to run. Not only were they able to get to my house on the same day, it was an inexpensive fix which he was able to take care of immediately. He was very friendly and professional.

I got a free energy efficiency audit done on my pool equipment by the Poolmaster. Mark came out to my house and looked at all my equipment and provided me with a detailed report. I ended up purchasing a variable speed pump and last month I saved $75.00 on my electric bill!!! This is so worth the upfront cost. My pool is so much cleaner and I'm saving money - Thanks Poolmaster!

He also gave me some interesting information on energy saving pool pumps. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me some tips on taking care of my pool.
