I am extremely disappointed with The Minky Boutique. I placed a order for a yard of burgundy Minky. When the burgundy Minky came it was a light pinkish red color. Far from the burgundy Minky I ordered. When I contacted The Minky Boutique they said "This is "burgundy" in Minky. It's a discontinued color. If you are wanting something deeper, I would suggest trying the "Wine"...its a deep wine color." Then she went on to they have samples. I was not trying to match a color I just needed Burgundy minky. They never once offered to correct the error as to sending a minky that was not the color stated on their web site.

I was displeased with the customer service and not correcting the issue. Having a company labeling something as one thing and its not even close is dishonest.



Be very careful if you order from them. Their are many other companies that sell minky for the same price or better.
