I recently purchased a 31 foot Airstream, and the woman who sold it to me recommended Ted in case I needed it towed. The Airstream came with a custom built awning comprised of dozens of long and heavy poles that the woman I purchased it from had stored in a storage unit. I decided I didn't want to keep the awning, but I was in a bind and needed to get the poles out of the storage unit before I had to pay another month's rent on it. I called Ted in hopes that he could help me, and he was AMAZING! He drove all the way out from Albany to get the poles out on the last day of the month so I wouldn't have to pay for another month's rent. He was great with both phone and text communication, and made the whole process so easy! He was also an all around awesome guy. He was kind, compassionate, and funny! He entertained me with great stories of his numerous towing adventures. I am so grateful that he was willing to help me, and I will be recommending him to everyone I know who is in need of towing services! Thanks so much Ted!
