We had a difficult dirty grout problem made the more challenging by the porosity of our 37 yo. mortar. Andy Blanton, The Grout Doctor, explained all this before starting the job. The tile had also become quite dull. Andy with his team (Tommy and Carl) scrubbed, stripped and cleaned our sun-room and color blended the darker portions of the grout with the lighter. Because of this, the project took longer than expected, but the guys were great to deal with; they worked late some nights and even on the weekends; and after the sealant and urethane were applied, the grout looked so much better and the rejuvenated tile really "popped." We are very pleased with the results.

My husband had this company come out to clean the grout in our shower, as well as the glass. The glass turned out good, but the grout looks worse than it did to begin with. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

We hired this man and was very disappointed in his work. The grout job was very uneven and whatever he used to polish the tiles left a smeared haze on them. He waxed the floor and left puddles of wax. We are very unhappy with the outcome.
