They were next door taking care of my neighbor's problem when the
owner of the company came over to me to tell me I had a bird problem in my
attic, which I knew.

He offered to take care of my problem and I said yes.

After they were finished, I asked if I would ever have this problem again and
he said no - never again. I was happy and satisfied to hear that.

Now, two years later I have birds again and I noticed the vent slat was
missing from another vent in the attic.

I called and they will do nothing. He said they did not screen all the vents.
He said they ask the homeowner if they want all the attic vents screened and
some do not because of the cost. HE NEVER TOLD ME THEY DID NOT SCREEN THE OTHER VENTS. I certainly would have paid the extra charge.
He hung up on me. Do not use.
