I came home late after a long day at work and realized my AC wasnt working while we had this 95 degree heat wave. I searched online on yellow pages and found Tanous HVAC, called right away and talked to the phone rep who was very professional and provided great customer service. They arrived within 2 hours, fixed my AC and the bill was very reasonable and fair. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs!

I contacted tanous hvac as an emergency call. .my own hvac company wasn't able to accommodate the problem bc they weren't available. As soon as i explained my dilemma, the friendly voice at the other end of the line reassured me that someone will be at my home within 2 hours. To my surprise, not even an hour passed and they were at my door. Thank you so much for your punctuality and professional service. I would recommend your company in the future to whoever needs a reliable hvac professional.

Terrible job... not to be trusted. Totally unprofessional. I now need to re-do their job because they failed inspection... TWICE.

I called them and they arrived at my house in one hour. I was nervous (as I am will all types of contractors) that they were going to try and charge me to completely replace everything to get more money. However, they came in, fixed my air conditioner at a minimal cost to me. I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling issues in the future.

I have research many a/c and heating companies in Rockland County. So many of them had sub-items added to the total. It was confusing and not customer friendly. I also had an appoint with a company and told me to wait 1-4. By 4 they never showed. I called and canceled. I am so glad I did. I found Tanous. Todd came exactly when I was told( 1 hour of wait, came within 30 mins). Not only was Todd so professional, he explained everything to me. 5 starrs to this company. When looking up companies, Tanous should come up first on the internet. Thank you Todd.
