I have been a sub-contractor for Linda Dignon, now owner of T&L Construction since 2000. As the sub-contractor, I have viewed her construction sites from the beginning of dirt formation to the last stages for acquiring a CO. Her sites are always maintained in a clean manner and coming in contact with her other sub-contractors has always been a good experience to observe the respect and good work ethics among her other crew members. You too will appreciate her ability meet challenges creatively while being conscientious of the bottom line, staying cost effective and getting the job done on time.

The only surprises you are likely to encounter with T&L Construction will all be pleasant. From the start you will get an honest appraisal of how your project will unfold. The attention to detail throughout the process will amaze you. Expect and receive valuable input from the architectural planning phase through the day someone finally comes to remove the port-a-potty from the yard.

Let's face it, no one really loves going through the renovation process. Your normal routine is disrupted, there's dust and noise and lots of things going on. But T&L runs a tight ship. From permitting, through inspections, to release of liens, all the paperwork is in order. All those ducks are in a row - planning turns to execution and then on to an amazing job well done. I have my spectacular addition to prove it.
