The owner told us step by step how to fix our broken washer and sold us the correct parts. He also advised us on microwave repair vs buying a new one. He didn't even hesitate to help out a woman with advice, because I wanted to do the repairs myself. So many treat me like I couldn't do things myself just because I am female. I will never go anywhere else!
